Promoter
The promoter is SA Provincial Service with its registered or business address at 116 Hendry Road, Springfield, Durban, 4091 and contact details 068-184-2344.
Eligibility
Entry is open to all residents of South Africa, aged 18+, who meet all applicable legal requirements.
How to enter
Eligible entrants must complete and submit the official entry form during the competition period.
Each eligible person may submit 1 entry, as specified for that month’s competition. Any Spam entries or multiple accounts of the same entity will lead to automatic disqualification.
No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Sharing promotional content on Facebook or Instagram is encouraged but is not required.
Entries must contain accurate information and comply with these rules. Duplicate, fraudulent or otherwise invalid entries may be excluded in accordance with the published rules and applicable law.
Prize
The prize for this competition is a mystery item selected by the promoter.
The exact item will be revealed when the winner is announced. Before entries open, the promoter will disclose the prize’s minimum or approximate retail value and any material restrictions, exclusions or delivery conditions.
The prize cannot be exchanged for cash.
Winners will receive a coupon to redeem their free prize on their next order.
Winner selection
The draw will be subject to the applicable South African promotional-competition requirements, including independent oversight and certification where required.
The promoter will maintain appropriate records of the competition and its outcome.
Notification and claiming the prize
The selected winner will be contacted using the contact details supplied in the entry form.
The winner must respond within 30 days of notification and use their coupon to redeem their prize otherwise the coupon will expire.
Personal information
Personal information collected through the entry form will be used to administer the competition, verify entries, contact the winner and fulfil the prize.
Information will be handled in accordance with the promoter’s Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection law.
Marketing communications are optional and require separate consent. Entering the competition does not automatically subscribe an entrant to marketing communications.
Access to entry records will be restricted to authorised persons. Records will be retained and securely disposed of in accordance with applicable legal obligations.
Winner publicity
The winner may be invited to provide a testimonial or participate in publicity. Any such participation, including use of the winner’s image, will be optional and subject to applicable law.
Declining publicity will not remove the winner’s right to the prize.
General conditions
The promoter will administer the competition in accordance with these rules and applicable law.
Any amendment, cancellation or suspension will be handled only where lawful and in accordance with applicable consumer-protection requirements. Material changes will be communicated appropriately.
Nothing in these rules excludes or limits any right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
