How do I spend my earned cashback?
At the Checkout page, simply select ‘Pay via Wallet’ as your payment method. You can use your entire wallet balance to discount your next purchase by the full amount of credit you have or any amount you would like of your cashback balance or cover your order total fully, including shipping costs if you have sufficient balance. It’s like using your own personal tactical credit.
Where can I see my balance?
Once you are Logged In, you can view your current Rand balance at any time on your My Account dashboard under the ‘Wallet’ tab. You’ll also see the exactly cashback amount you’ll earn on the product page, clearly displayed in bold gold next to the price.
Can I use cashback with existing sales?
Yes! Your Elite Wallet balance can be stacked on top of existing sales, coupons, and specials. This means you can maximize your savings
Does my cashback balance expire?
