By purchasing products from SA Provincial Service, you confirm that:

• You are legally permitted to purchase and possess the products ordered.
• You will use all products responsibly and lawfully.

Certain products, including blank guns, self-defence products, knives, tactical equipment, and related accessories, may be subject to South African legislation. It remains the customer’s responsibility to ensure compliance with all applicable national, provincial, and local laws.

Product Information

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, specifications, and pricing are accurate.

However:

• Product images are for illustration purposes and may differ slightly from the actual item.
• Manufacturers may change specifications without prior notice.
• Minor colour, scratches, manufacturing imperfections or packaging variations may occur.

If a significant error is identified after an order has been placed, we reserve the right to contact the customer to discuss available options.

Pricing & Payments

• All prices displayed on our website are in South African Rand (ZAR).
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• Orders are processed only once payment has been successfully received and confirmed.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order resulting from pricing errors, fraudulent activity, or payment issues.

Shipping & Delivery

We offer nationwide delivery throughout South Africa using trusted courier partners.

Delivery times provided are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier delays, public holidays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Once an order has been dispatched, customers will receive tracking information where available.

Returns & Refunds

Non-Restricted Products

Eligible products may be returned within 7 days of delivery provided they are:

• Unused
• In their original packaging
• In resaleable condition
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Restricted Products

For hygiene, safety, and legal reasons, the following products cannot be returned unless faulty or supplied incorrectly:

• Blank Guns
• Knives
• Ammunition
• Pepper Defence Ammunition
• Gas Cartridges
• Other restricted or consumable items

Warranty

Unless otherwise stated by the manufacturer:

• Products include a 6-month manufacturer’s warranty against manufacturing defects.
• The warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, neglect, improper maintenance, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.

Warranty claims may require inspection before approval.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate billing and delivery information.
• Inspecting products upon delivery.
• Using all products safely and responsibly.
• Following all manufacturer instructions and applicable laws.

Limitation of Liability

SA Provincial Service shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, damage, or legal consequences resulting from:

• Improper use of products.
• Failure to follow manufacturer instructions.
• Misuse, negligence, or unlawful use.
• Delays caused by third-party courier services.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product concerned where permitted by law.

Customer information is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We are committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

Intellectual Property
