1. 7-Day Return Window (Non-Weapon Items)

For non-weapon items—including but not limited to holsters, torches, uniform apparel, pouches, and tactical accessories—we offer a 7-day return and exchange period from the date of delivery or collection.

To qualify for a return, refund, or exchange, these items must meet the following strict criteria:

* The product must be completely unused, unaltered, and in its original condition.
* The product must be returned with all its original packaging, tags, manuals, and contents intact.
* A valid proof of purchase (your store receipt, invoice, or online order confirmation) must accompany the return.

*Note: The customer is responsible for the courier/shipping costs associated with returning non-faulty items for a change-of-mind return.*

2. Non-Returnable Items (Weapons, Firearms & Ammunition)

Due to legal regulations, safety protocols, and the nature of security hardware, the following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable once purchased, unless a manufacturing defect is present:
* Blank Firing Guns / Pistols
* Blank Ammunition / Pepper Cartridges / P.A.K. Rounds
* Tactical Knives, Blades, and Edged Weapons

*Please ensure you review your selection carefully before finalizing your purchase of these restricted items.*

3. 6-Month Manufacturer’s Warranty (All Products)

Your peace of mind is our priority. Every single product sold on our platform is backed by a robust 6-Month Warranty covering manufacturing defects and functional faults.

If a product develops a fault within 6 months of purchase:
* Assessment: The item must be returned to us with proof of purchase for a technical inspection.
* Resolution: If a genuine manufacturing defect or mechanical fault is confirmed, we will facilitate a repair or exchange for a replacement unit at no extra cost to you.
* Exclusions: This warranty strictly excludes faults or damage resulting from normal wear and tear, physical abuse, neglect, incorrect maintenance, or unauthorized modifications (such as altering a holster or using unapproved ammunition types).
