The outer is made with 1000D/500D laminate and a “Power-Core™” center for strength. The hidden track system allows for over 20 sizing positions with ¼-inch adjustments. The kit includes the laser-cut outer belt, an inner liner, and a B1 buckle.

It is constructed from a laminated Cordura material with laser-cut PALS slots and a rigid “Curve” material core for superior load-bearing capability. It uses an Atrial Alpine buckle and offers a micro-adjustment system.

Most quality laser cut belts use a two-part design, with a hook-and-loop inner belt worn through pant loops and an outer that attaches on top. This prevents shifting and improves stability.

Laser cut tactical waist-worn equipment platforms utilize a lightweight, streamlined construction where attachment points (PALS webbing) are precisely crafted directly into a rigid fabric laminate.
