How Do I Purchase A Product?
All products can be purchased online with Mastercard, Visa, Credit or cheque card. Alternatively, you can contact the Whatsapp number provided on the Home & Contact Page to deal with an Agent directly for your order for a more On Hands Service for Special Orders.
I Haven’t Received My Receipt Or Login Details?
If Receipt or Login Details have not been received, please check your spam folders. If it is not received in the spam folder, please send a query on the form in the contact section along with your purchase number and it will be forwarded.
I Can’t Log In To My Account!
Please send a query on the contacts page with the issue and a Login Refresh will be provided.

How Do I Buy A Product With My Existing Account?
Once logged into your account, head over to the Store page to view the products available. Click Add to Cart then proceed to checkout.
Are Products Brand New or Second hand
All Products sold online through the website are all brand new. NO Second hand items are sold online to guarantee customer satisfaction.
Do Products have a guarantee?
That is correct! There is a 6 months Guarantee on all Blank, Gas, Airsoft and Paintball Guns!
The Guarantee will cover any factory defects excluding water damage or physical alterations made to the gun. Other goods such as knives, holsters, torches etc also include a guarantee!
Are Products Refundable?
Yes. We do provide refunds on non-weapon items provided that the goods are returned in their original packaging with all extras that were included. Weapons such as guns, knives, ammunition and tasers are NON-REFUNDABLE. A receipt is required to process all refunds
Exchanges?
Products are exchangeable provided customers include their receipt alongside the product in almost new condition with all packaging and extras. Exchange’s will not occur if these are not met.
Return/Exchange period
Products purchased from our store may be returned anytime before 14 days. Refunds/ Exchanges will not occur if the period has gone past the duration from the date of purchase.
Instore Purchases
Any person who makes a purchase instore is given the time and opportunity to inspect their goods before leaving the store premises with it to ensure the product meets the customers expectations and is in working order. Any damage to the product after leaving the premises remains the responsibility of the customer and we will not be held liable as we ensure that the customer receives their goods in fully working order and perfect condition.
